The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed), and a bedroom with a single bed as well as 1 full bathroom, so it can accommodate 4 people but the sofa bed can sleep 2 so it can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include washing machine and fan.
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the center of Barcelona with a fantastic variety of stores, supermarkets, gas station, restaurants, bars and cafes. Parking is available on the street.

*Additional persons are not allowed in the property (in case of additional person an extra supplement will be paid). No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.
Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regard to dishes (which must be washed and put in place) If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning charge.
Children under 5 years old can be accommodated free of charge with existing beds.
No parties, no loud music during sleeping hours.
