House Policy:
Cleaning service is not provided during the stay, so guests are expected to keep the facilities in good condition. In case the apartment is left in inadequate conditions, a corresponding charge will be made against the security deposit.
The presence of additional persons not included in the reservation is prohibited, and in case of non-compliance, an extra supplement will be applied. Likewise, parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Non-compliance with these rules may result in the retention of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation.
At the time of check-out, the property is expected to be clean and tidy, with special attention to washing and organizing the dishes, as well as proper disposal of garbage. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
One child under 5 years old can stay free of charge using existing beds.
Parties and loud music are prohibited during rest hours, to ensure the comfort and well-being of neighbors and other guests.
Pets are allowed upon request, but guests must assume responsibility for any damage they may cause during their stay.
