Additional amenities include heating and television. It also offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available on the first floor for free but if you can not find space you can also find paid parking nearby and in the lower area of Sierra Nevada. Ask for price. HOUSE POLICY *We only accept families and couples. *No additional persons are allowed in the property (in case of additional person an extra supplement will be paid). *No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation. *Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially with regard to crockery (which must be washed and put away) and garbage (which must be taken out). Otherwise, a cleaning supplement will be charged. *Children under 5 years old can stay free of charge in existing beds. *No parties or loud music are allowed during rest hours. Pets are not allowed.
