Villa with shared pool for families and couples only in Conil de la Frontera.Located in a quiet urbanization, on the Carretera del Pradillo, the villa guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility for an unforgettable holiday. The holiday home consists of a living room, a dining room, a very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities, 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 with 3 single beds), as well as 1 bathroom, so it can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include washing machine, air conditioning and television.

In the large outdoor community area of the property, you will find a fenced outdoor community pool where you can relax and cool off in the sun. On the large outdoor terrace you can spend hours relaxing with your loved ones. In addition, there is a shared Jacuzzi next to the pool. The house has a beautiful private covered dining area outside where you can dine together on the long table overlooking the garden. You can prepare a delicious dinner at one of the two shared barbecues available with local ingredients.

The centre of Conil de la Frontera, with a fantastic range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is about a 4-minute drive away. In addition, the beautiful coast of the region, with beaches such as Playa La Fontanilla and Playa Fuente del Gallo await your visit about 4 to 5 minutes drive from their door, ideal for various water activities of your liking. The property consists of a parking lot. A baby cot, high chair and bathtub can be provided on request.

HOUSE POLICY

We only accept families and couples.

*Persons additional to those included in the reservation in the property are prohibited (an extra supplement will be paid in case of additional person). No parties or events of any kind are allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in non-refundation of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation. *

Please note that the property must be clean and tidy at the time of departure, especially when it comes to dishes (which must be washed and put in place) and garbage (which must be taken out). If this is not the case, there will be an additional cleaning fee.

Children under 5 years stay free of charge with existing beds.

No parties, no loud music during rest hours.

Pets are not allowed.
